General Terms and Conditions of Sale

All commercial relationships between MBH Maquinaria Bar Hostelería and its customers will be governed by the following general conditions, which will be deemed accepted by the buyer simply by placing an order.

Purchases made at MBH Maquinaria Bar Hostelería are subject to the general purchase conditions regarding price, payment method, warranty, and return policy at the time of order. Completing a purchase implies full acceptance of these terms.

You must provide your personal or company data when making a purchase at www.maquinariabarhosteleria.com in order to process your orders and receive commercial offers on related products and services that may be of interest to you.

Payment method

At MBH Maquinaria Bar Hostelería, we never request or store your bank details when placing an order. Customer security is paramount to us.

We offer the following 100% secure payment methods:

1- Credit card: You can pay securely with any credit or debit card through La Caixa’s secure payment platform. MBH Maquinaria Bar Hostelería will never access your banking information. Your data is encrypted and securely transmitted to the bank’s servers and verified with the issuing bank to prevent fraud or misuse.

2- Bank transfer or deposit: You will receive an email with the account number to make the transfer or deposit. Once we confirm the payment, we will proceed with the order. If no payment is received within 7 days, the order will be automatically canceled.

3- Cash on delivery: Pay in cash upon receipt. Only available in mainland Spain with a 5% surcharge.

Prices

The prices are net in Euros (€). VAT will be added according to the current rate.

Shipping and delivery time

Delivery time depends on stock availability and will be confirmed via mbh@maquinariabarhosteleria.com.

Once MBH Maquinaria Bar Hostelería has the item, it will be shipped through the usual transport service.

The delivery period starts at 00:00 h the day after the order is placed, excluding Fridays, weekends, and holidays. Each item has a different delivery time based on its finish and availability. Your sales representative will confirm this. The average delivery time is 2 to 3 days within mainland Spain. For urgent orders, please check with your representative.

Customers from the Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla: are exempt from paying VAT under current Spanish law (Law 37/1992). However, local delivery taxes and import processing fees must be paid to the transport company. Only the product price and shipping costs will be charged. Failure to comply with these obligations means no refunds will be issued for shipping or customs costs.

CE Hygiene and Safety Standards

MBH Maquinaria Bar Hostelería guarantees that all its products comply with current European regulations at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to make necessary changes without prior notice to comply with applicable laws.

Product Warranty

The warranty only covers manufacturing defects. Misuse or incorrect installation by the user is excluded. Warranty does not cover failures caused by poor installation.

Our products, when used under normal conditions or correctly installed, are guaranteed for 12 months from the invoice date. Glass and electrical parts are excluded, as voltage fluctuations are beyond our control.

Costs related to travel, shipping, packaging, etc., for warranty repairs are borne by the customer.

Shipping Insurance

All equipment is covered by shipping insurance included in the price. Upon receipt, please check the material and report any damage on the delivery note and notify us within 24 hours at mbh@maquinariabarhosteleria.com. Otherwise, MBH Maquinaria Bar Hostelería accepts no liability.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days from delivery to return it. Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer. You must notify us within 5 days of delivery at mbh@maquinariabarhosteleria.com to begin the return process. Returns without prior notice will not be accepted.

Returns must include original packaging in perfect condition and all documentation and accessories. If the item is in the same condition as sent, a refund of up to 90% will be issued. The remaining 10% is retained for handling, testing, inspection, and re-packaging.

Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the courts of Barcelona, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction.
