The new line of DRY AGING display chambers for the maturation of meat is ideal for all types of premises, with a compact size and an elegant design. Thanks to the traditional process of "dry aging" it is possible to store cuts of meat in an environment where temperature, humidity and ventilation are controlled to obtain a soft meat with a strong flavor. In addition, it helps to limit the risks of bacterial contamination during conservation.
The glass door with UV treatment and glossy black perimeter gives DRY AGING a sophisticated appearance and ensures maximum visibility of stored products.
The LED lights have been specially designed to improve the appearance of the meat and reflect on the internal cover of stainless steel AISI 304.
The cameras are equipped with high performance cooling systems and low noise compressors. The digital "tactile" thermostat offers a constant view of temperature, relative humidity and ventilation.
It is possible to choose the internal connection between stainless steel pipes, hanging rods and perforated stainless steel shelves.
The showcase is supplied with a set of salty dishes from the Himalayas that help control the humidity level inside the room.
