GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Stainless steel construction.
Top and front support in 1.5 mm thick stainless steel.
Heat-resistant fiberglass knobs with grease protection.
Capacity 60 litres.
Cuba entirely in AISI 304 steel, with a special non-stick treatment that allows for homogeneous cooking.
Manual tilting cooking tank with rotation angle max. 80º.
Rounded corners to facilitate emptying and cleaning.
Lid in stainless steel counterbalanced with springs.
Gas models: with tubular stainless steel burners, safety valve and thermocouple, piezoelectric ignition with pilot flame with fixed injector, thermostatic gas valve.
Temperature regulation between 100 and 290 º C.
