Professional rolled steel griddles in different sizes with two cooking zones, featuring a stainless steel cabinet and rounded edges for easier cleaning.
1. Clean the griddle while still hot to remove grease and dirt residues.
2. Rinse with water and remove all detergent thoroughly.
3. Heat the plate at maximum power for a few minutes until all moisture has completely evaporated, including the inner and outer sides.
4. Apply a generous layer of oil over the entire plate and sides using a clean cloth.
5. Cover the plate with newspaper soaked in oil to create a protective anti-oxidation layer until the next use.
Important: Only hard chrome plate griddles do not require this maintenance.
In case of oxidation, remove the rust with a metal scouring pad or pumice stone, clean when cold and repeat the entire process above.
