GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Top and front support in 1.5 mm thick stainless steel. Cuba stamped.
• Heat-resistant fiberglass knobs with grease protection
• Stainless steel legs with 50 mm height adjustment.
• Burners with optimized combustion with safety valve with thermoelement and safety thermostat, protected pilot flame and piezoelectric ignition.
• Gas fryers are characterized by the arrangement of the heating tubes placed inside the tank, which allows working times to be reduced. Each well is equipped with powerful tubular stainless steel burners.
• A turbulence system slows down the flow of the flame and increases performance by 50%.
• Temperature regulation with seven positions from 110 to 190 ºC.
