The control panel with electronic card is equipped with 20 programs with automated functions, such as "Pre-Heating" that allows preheating the oven in fast or slow mode, "Auto-Cleaning" for cleaning and disinfection of the oven or programming weekly ignitions.

It is suitable for baking on trays.
It allows the formation of an air cushion under the tray that contributes to a non-aggressive exchange of heat towards the product being cooked.

REFRACTORY MATERIAL PLAN
It is suitable for baking on trays or directly on top of the plane.
It gives off heat to the product in the areas where it comes into direct contact with it.
