GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Work top and front panels in AISI 304 stainless steel.
• AISI 304 stainless steel cooking container with a thickness of 15/10, bottom in AISI 316 stainless steel with a thickness of 20/10.
• Indirect type heating with low pressure steam (0.5 bar), generated inside the chamber by stainless steel tubular burners for optimized combustion, with thermocouple safety valve and protected pilot flame.
• Piezoelectric ignition with silicone protection.
• Hot and cold water refill taps placed on the work top with articulated distributor nozzle for filling and washing the container and chamber.
• One-and-a-half inch chrome-plated brass discharge faucet with athermic handle.
• Mechanical manometer with chamber pressure indicator.
