GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Stainless steel construction.
Top and front support in 1.5 mm thick stainless steel.
Heat-resistant fiberglass knobs with grease protection.
Capacity of 80 liters, they allow to prepare up to 220 portions.
Cuba completely in 304 stainless steel, thick bottom with special non-stick treatment, allow a homogeneous cooking.
Manual tilting cooking tank with rotation angle max. 90º.
Rounded corners to facilitate emptying and cleaning. § Water filling tap.
Lid in stainless steel counterbalanced with springs.
Stainless steel legs with 50 mm height adjustment.
Gas models with tubular stainless steel burners, safety valve and thermocouple, electric ignition (electric ascension) with pilot flame, gas thermostatic valve.
Temperature regulation between 100 and 290 º C.
