GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Stainless steel construction.
Top and front support in 1.5 mm thick stainless steel.
Heat-resistant fiberglass knobs with grease protection.
Capacity 60 litres.
Cuba entirely in AISI 304 steel, with a special non-stick treatment that allows for homogeneous cooking.
Manual tilting cooking tank with rotation angle max. 80º.
Rounded corners to facilitate emptying and cleaning.
Lid in stainless steel counterbalanced with springs.
Electric models: heated by resistances in contact with the bottom of the tank.
Temperature regulation between 45 and 295 º C. by means of a working thermostat.
