- It reaches a working temperature of approximately 205°C in just 6 minutes and a maximum temperature of almost 300°C.
- By fully automatic thermostat control, the temperature can be precisely regulated and kept constant.
- Rubber feet incorporated in the lower part that guarantee a safe and stable position on any surface.
- Large contact plates made of corrugated enameled cast iron. This material distributes the heat evenly throughout all the foods, which gives unbeatable results. The sturdy plates have a long service life and are very easy to clean with a cloth or brush.
- Powerful resistances that make the grill reach serving temperature in a short period of time, making it perfect for preparing dishes.
- Equipped with a removable stainless steel grease tray: excess fat flows through a draining device until it is deposited in said tray without contaminating, therefore, the food that is still cooking. It can be easily taken out and cleaned separately.
