Stainless steel construction.
Top and front support in 1.5 mm thick stainless steel.
Heat-resistant fiberglass knobs with grease protection.
Cooking surface equipped with a juice-collecting channel and a large drain hole.
Stainless steel legs with 50 mm height adjustment.
Temperature regulation from 50 to 300 º C., with voltage and temperature control pilots.
Raised chimney and anti-splash side protections.
Stainless steel burners with self-stabilizing flame.
Each module of 400 mm. It is commanded by a faucet with an independent valve.
Piezoelectric ignition, temperature regulation from 160 to 300 ºC.
With pilot flame, thermostatic valve and safety thermocouple
