GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Fryers built entirely in AISI-304 18/10 stainless steel.
• Thermostatic regulation from 60° to 200°C, including safety thermostat.
• Armored resistances in stainless steel.
• High performance fryers as a result of the excellent power/litre ratio, whose characteristic makes them recommended for frozen products.
• They incorporate a special device (microswitch) that makes it easier for the fryer to be out of service if the set of resistances rises or is incorrectly positioned.
• Robust and reinforced baskets with ergonomic anti-heat plastic handle (all models include 1 basket as equipment).
• They incorporate a hook for placing the basket at the time of draining the oil.
