GENERAL FEATURES

  • First anchor: The basket, once submerged, does not touch the resistor.

• Safety thermostat rated at 230ºC, 20A
• Baskets with high-quality bakelite handle.
• Handle, of the cover, of large size to avoid contact with the hot cover.
• COLD ZONE: Residues fall to the bottom, preventing them from being stirred by the heating element. Keeping the oil cleaner and avoiding the mixture of unwanted flavors and particles.
