The Gastronorm Series 1/1 GN refrigerated counter is designed to optimize storage, preparation and cleaning in professional kitchen environments. With a capacity of 290 litres and a robust stainless steel design, this table includes a built-in sink, providing an all-in-one solution for food preparation in high-performance kitchens.

• Doors fitted with hinges with automatic return system and opening fixation, with built-in handle for practical and long-lasting use.
• Stainless steel recessed doors to improve insulation and robustness, with easy-to-replace gasket around the entire perimeter.
• Interior shelves made of plastic-coated rods, easily removable for cleaning and height-adjustable shelf support brackets.
• Capacity for up to 6 shelves per door with a separation of 70 mm between each shelf.
• Height-adjustable stainless steel feet for secure installation on different surfaces.

• Working temperature from -2°C to +8°C, suitable for keeping fresh products in optimal conditions with an ambient temperature of up to 38°C.
