GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Tables specially designed to be used as refrigerated support for cooking, preparation and conservation devices.
- The height of 600 mm allows the working surface of the devices to be between 850 mm and 900 mm.
- Compact structure fully injected with exterior panels in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel.
- Countertop with curved front edge and 100 mm sanitary back panel.
- Countertop and interior body in AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel, satin finish.
- Stainless steel feet adjustable in height.
- Drawers made of AISI 304 18/10 stainless steel with built-in handle and perforated bottom. Provided with telescopic guides with enough projection to clear the work plane.
- In all models, the drawer adjacent to the refrigeration unit has a depth of 200 mm and a useful height of 250 mm.
- Drawers adapted for 100 and 200 mm deep containers.
- Drain inside the chamber.
- Forced draft evaporator with anti-corrosion coating.
- Automatic evaporation of defrost water.
- Hermetic condensing unit with ventilated condenser.
