You can choose to bake on trays or directly on the oven deck, with the option of a refractory material baking surface. Depending on your requirements, an extractor hood and a compartment for a proofing chamber can also be added.

The electronic control panel features 20 programmes with automated functions, including "Pre-Heating" for fast or slow oven preheating, "Auto-Cleaning" for oven cleaning and disinfection, and weekly scheduling of automatic start-up times.
It remains reliable even during extended operating periods, and the individual baking chambers can be stacked to meet the customer's requirements.

TYPES OF BAKING DECKS
EMBOSSED SHEET METAL DECK
- Suitable for baking on trays.
- Creates an air cushion beneath the baking tray, allowing gentle heat transfer to the product being baked.
- Quickly reaches the set temperature and responds rapidly to changes in the oven's temperature and power settings.
REFRACTORY MATERIAL DECK
- Suitable for baking on trays or directly on the deck surface.
- Transfers heat to the product at points of direct contact.
- Retains accumulated heat and releases it gradually.
