BERTO's 900 indirect heating electric autoclave kettle

BERTO's professional electric kettle with indirect heating for industrial cooking available in 2 capacities.

The Autoclave models are equipped with a lid with a food grade silicone gasket, a safety pressure relief valve (set at 0.05 bar) and hermetic closure guaranteed by a clamp fixing.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
