GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

• The widest range: direct heating, indirect heating and autoclave device.
• Capacity of 100-150 and 200 litres. Tilting models (large production)
• The structure of the kettle is made of 304 stainless steel and the container is made of AISI 316 stainless steel, which guarantees absolute resistance to corrosion and daily wear.
• Top and support front in 1.5 mm thick stainless steel
• Heat-resistant fiberglass knobs with grease protection
• Special burners in Aisi 304 stainless steel with safety valve or resistance in incoloy stainless steel with work and safety thermostat.
• The water filling tap and the practical lid, balanced with springs and ergonomic control knobs, guarantee maximum safety.
• Maintenance and cleaning tasks are easy thanks to its rounded shape and the practical, chrome-plated, removable drain tap.
• The Autoclave models are equipped with a lid with a food grade silicone gasket, a safety pressure relief valve (set at 0.05 bar) and hermetic closure guaranteed by a clamp fixing.
• Electric voltage: 400-3N. For voltage 230 triphasic CONSULT.
• Stainless steel legs with 50 mm height adjustment.
