GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Static refrigerated display case created especially for sushi, fish or similar. Equipped with two copper tube evaporators: a lower cold plate evaporator and an upper static tubular one with chrome finish and removable drip tray.

• Flat top glass surface to use as a worktop if desired. Width 12 cm. (curved glass) and 29 cm (straight glass).
• Electronic and digital temperature and defrost control.
• Removable sliding rear doors for better cleaning. Inner tray in stainless steel with deep drawn bottom, prepared for GN1/3 40mm trays. (VTG) or for plates and trays (VTL).
