GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

Stainless steel construction.
Top and support front in 1.5 mm thick stainless steel
Heat-resistant fiberglass knobs with grease protection.
30 liter AISI 316 stainless steel tank with overflow system to eliminate starch residues from pasta.
Rounded stamped tank that facilitates cleaning and hygiene.
Faucet filled and emptied of water. Double bottom support baskets.
Seven possible combinations with the use of baskets of 4 different sizes (optional) allow dividing production and making different types of pasta at the same time.
Stainless steel legs with 50 mm height adjustment.
Electric model with incoloy stainless steel resistance. Temperature control with adjustable thermostat up to 100 ºC. with indicator lights.
