Top and support front in 1.5 mm thick stainless steel
Heat-resistant fiberglass knobs with grease protection.
Rounded stamped tank built in 316 stainless steel that facilitates cleaning and hygiene.
Faucet filled and emptied of water. Double bottom support baskets.
Resistors in stainless steel incoloy. Temperature control with adjustable thermostat up to
100ºC. with indicator lights.
Combinations that allow splitting production and making different types of pasta at the same time.
Stainless steel legs with 50 mm height adjustment.
