Automatic portioning are machines used to cut a piece of raw dough in several portions, both small and large, with a shape and a weight depending on the model. < br />

Duty cycle 1. introducing the product in Cuba;
2. set the working times (cutting and pressing);
3. closing the cover

T1-Pressing Time:. is the time it serves to distribute the mass inside the Cuba uniformly, so that in the cutting phase each portion have the same weight and volume.
