GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS

• Constructed entirely of stainless steel.
• 600 mm models with normal smooth, grooved or hard-chrome cooking surface.
• The cooking plates are made of special steel, with high thermal transmission.
• Side and rear protection against splashes. Provided with a removable fat collection tray, which facilitates cleaning.
• The models incorporate stainless steel tubular burners with stabilized flame and piezoelectric ignition, controlled by valve type
• The models are supplied assembled with injectors for natural gas. If the installation is not prepared for this gas, injectors for butane/propane gas (LPG) are included inside the packaging.
• It has a safety thermostat and control lights.
