GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS
- Constructed entirely of stainless steel.
- 400 mm models with normal smooth, grooved or hard-chrome cooking surface.
- The cooking plates are made of special steel, with high thermal transmission.
- Side and rear protection against splashes. Provided with a removable fat collection tray, which facilitates cleaning.
- Heating is produced by armored resistors with a regulation thermostat from 120 to 310 ºC.
- It has a safety thermostat and control lights.
- Model voltage: 230V (3) / 400V (3N) - 50/60 Hz.
